Please tell us the details of the item (what it is, its color and shape, and where you left it). Our staff will check and contact you once it is found. We can ship it cash on delivery, though fragile items and precision equipment may not be shipped. Valuables are kept for 7 days and then handed to the police; food and drink are disposed of the same day for hygiene reasons; other items are kept for 3 months.

The entire hotel is non-smoking. Smoking anywhere on the premises, including terraces and balconies, is strictly prohibited. If smoking is found, we will charge a special cleaning fee and damages.

About 7 minutes on foot from Tenjin-Minami Station on the Nanakuma subway line, and about 3 minutes from the Nishitetsu bus stop "Haruyoshi". We are next to the Nakasu and Tenjin areas, with easy access from Hakata Station and Fukuoka Airport.
