HOTEL NID is a base for exploring Hakata: Tenjin, Nakasu, Hakata and the main sights are all within walking distance.
Rows of food stalls along the Naka River, the classic Fukuoka night scene. Ramen or yakitori, shoulder to shoulder with locals.
Hakata’s guardian shrine, affectionately called “O-Kushida-san”. A Hakata Gion Yamakasa festival float is on display all year round.
Famous for its stepped rooftop garden, which climbs to a viewpoint over Tenjin and Hakata Bay.
